Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
  • - Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout

Local Pickup:

We offer free local pickup at our store: 2918 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505. Store hours: everyday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Please contact us at support@mybike.la or (747) 308-1552 before pickup.

 

Bikes and Large Items:

Due to size and weight, bikes may require freight shipping or local delivery. Please contact us for a shipping quote on large items.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Mybike LA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mybike.la or call (747) 308-1552 with your order number and a description of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
